For conferences and events

Every shirt in the hall
is a live page.

Organizers put the schedule and room changes on every volunteer hoodie. Attendees walk around as a contact card that collects details. Sponsors send booth traffic to their own page. One print, and the page behind it changes all day.

Watch it on the phone

From the registration desk to the hallway track.

Tap a tab. Each scene plays the real page a scan opens, then the owner changes it from their own phone.

Organizers

The schedule on every volunteer

Volunteer and staff hoodies open today's schedule, the floor map and the sponsor list, under your event logo. When a room changes, you edit one line and every shirt shows it.

Attendees and speakers

A contact card that collects details

Save contact puts them in the other person's phone in one tap. A Leave your details form sends names and emails to the wearer by email, with consent, and we delete our copy after 30 days. After the talk, the pinned link becomes the slides.

Sponsors

Booth traffic to your own page

Staff shirts open your demo booking, your offer for the event and your hiring page. You keep the link and the analytics, and change the page between sessions.

What you can edit

You hold the remote.

How it plays out

One shirt, a different page each week.

  1. Week before

Codes are set with your logo

Send the logo and a rough count. Each shirt gets its own code, and every volunteer code can open the same event page.

  2. Day 1, 08:40

    Registration opens

Volunteer hoodies point to check-in, the Wi-Fi password and the schedule.

  3. Day 1, 10:05

    A room floods

The organizer edits one line from a phone. Every scan after that shows the new room.

  4. Day 2, 17:30

    Closing party

The same hoodies now open the after-party location and the feedback form.

  5. Afterwards

    The shirt stays useful

Next year's dates, the talk recordings, or the wearer's own page. The print never changes; the page does.

Tell us the event date and a rough headcount.

Design the kit with your logo, add the roster if you have it, and request a quote. We reply with prices and the code setup.
